1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fa444" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to fa444.io and the legal entity operating it.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered or uses the fa444 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on fa444.
• "Services" means all products offered by fa444, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fish games, and any other gaming products available on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by fa444 to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency denomination used for all transactions on fa444.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required under fa444's anti-money-laundering procedures.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the fa444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire legal agreement between you and fa444. By accessing the platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

fa444 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use fa444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fa444 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 21 are not permitted to register or use any fa444 service.
• You must be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility rules.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from fa444 or any related platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of fa444 or any of its business partners.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on fa444. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being voided.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. fa444 is not liable for any loss or delay caused by inaccurate account information provided by you.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fa444 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to ask for your password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified fa444 support of a security breach immediately upon discovery.

4.4 KYC Verification

fa444 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals, and in some cases prior to accepting deposits above specified thresholds. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national ID card or passport, proof of address dated within 90 days, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Payments

fa444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your fa444 wallet in real time in most cases. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside fa444's control.
• fa444 does not charge any fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be voided and subject to investigation.
• fa444 reserves the right to set individual deposit limits or request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that are registered in your own name and match the details on your fa444 account. fa444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• fa444 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, AML review, or investigation of suspected policy violations.
• Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• fa444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

fa444 offers various promotional incentives to its Players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, in addition to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• fa444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where fa444 suspects that a Player is abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, or coordinated betting with other Players — fa444 may void the bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue, as stated in each offer's terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Placing Bets

A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation from fa444. fa444 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to internet connectivity issues on your end. It is your responsibility to verify that a bet has been accepted before the event begins.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

fa444 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any market at any time. These limits may vary by sport, event, market type, and individual account. Limits may be changed without prior notice.

8.3 Void Bets

fa444 reserves the right to void any bet placed where: (a) the odds were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error; (b) the event has been cancelled or abandoned; (c) the bet was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement; or (d) there is clear evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation.

8.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted at fa444's discretion. fa444 may suspend in-play markets at any time. In-play odds are subject to change without notice. A bet is only considered accepted once confirmed by our system at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.

8.5 Winnings

Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your fa444 wallet promptly following official result confirmation. fa444 relies on official data providers and governing bodies for result settlement. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, fa444's decision is final and binding.

9 Casino Games

fa444's casino products — including live dealer tables, slot games, fish games, and arcade titles — are provided by certified third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are subject to the rules of the respective provider.

• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical averages over very large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, fa444 will use technical logs to determine the outcome. Where a fair determination cannot be made, the affected round may be voided and the original stake returned.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fa444 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with fa444's platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in fa444's platform for financial gain.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay activity.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, inside information betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Accessing fa444 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward fa444 staff or other players via any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the fa444 platform — including but not limited to the fa444 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, data feeds, and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive intellectual property of fa444 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fa444 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any fa444 content without prior written consent from fa444.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa444 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the fa444 platform or any of its services.
• Any system downtime, service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any decision you make to place a bet or participate in any casino game on fa444.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data feed suppliers.

fa444's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fa444 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

fa444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on fa444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

fa444 will never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and KYC verification services where required by law or necessary to deliver the platform's services.

14 Responsible Gaming

15 Termination & Account Closure

15.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your fa444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC review.

15.2 Closure by fa444

fa444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has: violated these Terms & Conditions; provided false registration information; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players. In such cases, fa444 may withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud or criminality is established, may forfeit the account balance.

16 Amendments to These Terms

fa444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice posted prominently on the fa444 platform. The effective date of the revised terms will be clearly displayed at the top of the document. Your continued use of fa444 following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 15.1.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law.
